Phone Harness provides temporary Android phones through an API. Control a phone from your code or open its live viewer in the dashboard.

Authentication

Create an account at phone-harness.com/cloud — sign-up is open and new accounts start with $5 of credit — then create an API key in the dashboard. Send the key with each authenticated request:
Keep API keys in environment variables or your secret store.

The basic workflow

  1. Create a session. A 202 response means the request was accepted.
  2. Get the session until its state is ready.
  3. Use the phone through ADB or a coding agent, and watch it in its live viewer.
  4. End the session when finished.
Create a phone for 15 minutes
The session duration includes provisioning. Billing starts when the phone is ready. Phones cost 5¢ per minute and new accounts start with $5 of credit; see Limits and credits. Ending a session deletes its temporary phone and app data. Each endpoint lists its parameters, request examples, responses, and errors. The OpenAPI specification is also available.
