Refund Policy

Phone Harness Cloud is prepaid. You add credit by card, and phones draw it down per minute while they run.

Unused credit

Credit you paid for and have not used is refundable on request, to the original card, within 30 days of the purchase. Email support@phone-harness.com from your account address; refunds are issued within 5 business days.

Used credit

Minutes a phone has already run are not refundable. If a phone failed on our side, for example it never became ready or ended early because of a fault in the service, tell us and we will credit those minutes back.

Promotional credit

Free credit, including the starting balance on new accounts, has no cash value and is not refundable.

Disputes

Please contact us before opening a card dispute; we resolve refund requests quickly and a dispute can suspend your account while it is investigated.
